Skyhall is suitable for a wide range of professional events, from conferences, seminars and congresses to trade fairs, product launches, networking events, receptions, gala dinners, staff parties, client events and other corporate occasions. Thanks to its open, highly flexible layout, the space can be adapted to suit your programme, number of guests and desired atmosphere. 

Skyhall combines the iconic architecture of Expo 58 with panoramic views across the airport tarmac. Located at Brussels Airport, it is also easy to reach for both national and international guests. 

Skyhall offers a total of 6,000 m² of event space across two levels and can accommodate events for up to 2,500 guests. Floor 1 covers 2,900 m² and can host up to 1,400 guests, while Floor 2 offers 3,100 m² with a capacity of up to 1,250 guests. Final capacity depends on the chosen layout and event programme. 

Yes. Skyhall is a large open space that can be divided into dedicated zones for purposes such as guest reception, presentations, catering, networking or an evening programme. This allows each part of your event to have its own distinct setting and atmosphere. 

Yes. Flexible breakout spaces can be created within Skyhall to suit your programme and number of participants. For the build and setup, you can work with your own suppliers or with experienced partners from our network.

Yes. Skyhall offers extensive toilet facilities designed to comfortably accommodate large numbers of guests. The facilities were completely refurbished during the 2017 renovation and provide ample capacity for conferences, corporate parties, receptions and other large-scale events.

Skyhall is located at the heart of Brussels Airport and is easily accessible by car, train, bus and air. The airport terminals, train station and bus station are all within walking distance, making the venue convenient for guests travelling from Belgium as well as international visitors. 

Yes. Brussels Airport’s car parks are located directly opposite Skyhall, within easy walking distance of the venue. Information on rates, availability and bookings is available through Interparking or via our team. For selected events, VIP or valet parking can also be arranged close to the entrance.  

Yes. The Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel is located directly opposite Skyhall, less than a five-minute walk away. For information about availability, room types, group bookings or specific accommodation requirements, you can contact the hotel directly or get in touch with our team. 

For professional conferences and business events, we offer an in-house AV Conference Package tailored to events of up to 700 attendees. The package includes an LED wall, a professional sound system, lighting, technical control, a stage, and on-site technical support. For larger or more complex audiovisual productions, Skyhall also works with a trusted network of experienced preferred AV partners.  

Yes. Skyhall offers dedicated network connections and production Wi-Fi, as well as facilities for livestreaming and broadcast. This enables us to provide the technical support required for hybrid meetings, conferences and other productions. 

Skyhall features an integrated ceiling hoist system with 18 motorised hoists rated at 1,000 kg each, 30 rigging points, 360 individually controllable RGB ceiling lights, high-speed network connections and professional AV capabilities for sound, lighting, streaming and broadcast. 

Our preferred catering partners offer a wide range of options, from breakfast and coffee breaks to networking lunches, receptions, walking dinners and gala dinners. Catering can be tailored to your programme, number of guests and the experience you want to create. 

Yes. Skyhall has a spacious professional kitchen where caterers can prepare and serve everything from receptions and walking dinners to seated dinners. 

Yes. Hosting and hospitality staff can support your event with registration, guest reception, cloakroom services, wayfinding and other guest touchpoints throughout the day. We can put you in touch with specialised partners for these services.  

We support you from your initial enquiry through to the day of your event, helping coordinate practical aspects such as logistics, technical requirements, safety, suppliers, build-up and breakdown. With 24/7 event support, assistance is also available at critical moments throughout the process. 

Yes. Skyhall has the facilities required to manage deliveries, build-up and breakdown efficiently for larger and multi-day events. A dedicated holding area is available for trucks, from which deliveries are directed to the appropriate loading and unloading zone. Two trucks can unload simultaneously on each level.  

Skyhall supports you with the practical organisation of your event and can connect you with specialised partners where needed. Our team helps coordinate areas such as logistics, technical requirements and safety, while giving you plenty of freedom to develop your own event concept and work with selected suppliers of your choice. 

Yes. Skyhall is located within a secure airport environment with controlled access procedures. The presence of airport security, options for VIP parking close to the entrance and a high level of discretion make the venue particularly suitable for board meetings, executive meetings and hosting international VIP guests. Any specific security or privacy requirements can be discussed with our team in advance. 

Yes. The combination of airport-level security, discretion and extensive technical facilities makes Skyhall an excellent setting for press events, product presentations and other media events. 

Absolutely. A site visit gives you a clear understanding of the spaces and what is possible for your event. Together, we can explore your preferred layout, guest flows, logistics, technical requirements, catering and safety considerations, allowing us to determine how Skyhall can best support your plans.
